Chase’s career began as a Toyota engine builder in North Carolina’s competitive NASCAR industry, where he developed exceptional precision and attention to detail. In 2008, he relocated to Texas and joined Black Canyon Construction as a Superintendent, overseeing both commercial and residential projects throughout the state, from new construction to complex remodels.

Recognizing his talent, the company promoted Chase to Estimator, where he successfully bid on multi-million-dollar construction projects by leveraging his technical knowledge and business acumen. His consistent performance and leadership qualities led to his appointment as President of Black Canyon Construction in 2022, where he continues to drive the company’s growth and innovation.

Outside of work, Chase maintains a balanced life as a devoted husband and father of four daughters. His strong faith in God serves as a foundation for both his personal life and professional leadership style, fostering a workplace culture built on integrity and compassion.
